Special Projects Consulting, LLC proudly opened its door for business on
July 1, 1993.  Betsy Day is the founder and lead consultant. This ~Learn at Work ~ company offers a continuum of training and coaching services for professional development.

Business Model
Special Projects Consulting, LLC effectively works directly with clients, as a trainer for colleges/universities and as a member of a training consortium based in Massachusetts.

1. We partner with you for program customization and implementation.
   
   
2. The Adult Learning Theory is core to programs and individual participation. Interactive discussions, skill building activities, experiential learning, practice with “real work” situations and reflection go hand-in-hand with the content.
   
   
3. Self-Assessment tools are used for individual benchmarking and performance improvement.
   
   
4. Individual Action Plans are developed to measure performance improvement.
