Special Projects Consulting, LLC proudly opened its door for business on
July 1, 1993. Betsy Day is the founder and lead consultant. This ~Learn at Work ~ company offers a continuum of training and coaching services for professional development.
Business Model
Special Projects Consulting, LLC effectively works directly with clients, as a trainer for colleges/universities and as a member of a training consortium based in Massachusetts.
- We partner with you for program customization and implementation.
- The Adult Learning Theory is core to programs and individual participation. Interactive discussions, skill building activities, experiential learning, practice with “real work” situations and reflection go hand-in-hand with the content.
- Self-Assessment tools are used for individual benchmarking and performance improvement.
- Individual Action Plans are developed to measure performance improvement.
