"I’ve been in the corporate world most of my working life and have been a participant in a large number of diverse workshops, some of which have been beneficial and fall into the “time well spent” category, others not so much. Betsy Day is one of the many facilitators I have met through my tenure and I can say with complete honesty that she ranks right up “at the top” regarding her ability to engage and motivate and educate her audience! "Betsy Day helped me with a difficult personnel issue. I spoke with her because I could not see how I could turn it around. Betsy suggested that the branch manager and I take the DiSC Dimensions of Behavior Profile online. She gave me a sample, and I discussed it with the branch manager. We took the assessment and agreed to work together to improve our working relationship. Based on Betsy’s advice, we shared our information with each other. One revelation was that our results are almost exactly opposite from one another. So far, we have met three times to discuss the questions that the assessment supplied. I have noticed a change in the branch manager, as have others. I have also noticed a change in my behavior as a result. The information coming from the branch is much more positive. I am much more direct in my relationship with this person.

Betsy gave us a tool to work with and we are making progress. Thanks to Betsy and Special Projects Consulting for her help and support in our current project. I look forward to working with her in the future."
